The Fine Print
You have 72 hours after receiving your items to be eligible for a refund. If 72 hours have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in it's original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & photo of damages/damaged item sent to Customerservice@jscdv.com.
Once your Proof of damage/error is received and inspected, we will send you a follow-up email to notify you of our decision.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, Refunds will only be issued in the form of Store Credit!
Late or missing refunds
Please Allow 1-7 Business days for store credit to appear on your account, if you have any questions please contact us at Customerservice@jscdv.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customerservice@jscdv.com
If your exchange is approved you will be responsible for shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you’re not allergic. Jamice's Caveau De Vanite (JSCDV) is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk. Ingredients are listed under each item.
